Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sideverse (www.sideverse.ai), operated by 주식회사 파운더스레어 (Founders Lair Co., Ltd.; "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Sideverse lets you read and chat through interactive side stories with fictional characters. Character replies are generated by AI models. Stories, characters, and replies are fiction — they are not advice and may be inaccurate or inconsistent. Sideverse and its stories are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sideverse. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Credits
Some features cost credits. Credits are a virtual balance with no monetary value: they are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, do not expire, and may only be used within Sideverse. Credits are sold by us, and payments are processed by PayPal. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We may change future credit pricing or feature costs, but changes will not reduce a balance you already hold.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content through the service;
- probe, overload, scrape, disrupt, or bypass the service or its safeguards;
- access Sideverse by means other than the interfaces we provide; or
- resell or commercially exploit the service or its content without our written permission.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the messages you write. You grant us the license needed to operate the service: storing your messages, displaying them back to you, and processing them through AI providers to generate replies.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Sideverse in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using Sideverse and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; where reasonable, we will notify you first.
Changes
We may update these terms as Sideverse evolves. We will post the current version here and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
